RETURN & REFUND POLICIES :
You have 14 days from the time you receive your product to ask for a refund. If your request is approved, then will take an additional 5-6 days to initiate the return. This is in accordance with our 14 day return and refund policy.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be returned with all tags attachments, unused, and unwashed too, in the exact condition that you received it. The invoice is also required .
The refund will be initiated after the product is received. Refunds will appear in your original form of payment within 4-5 days.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN IF THE PRODUCT IS USED OR WASHED .
DAMAGE & ISSUES :
When you received a product kindly check it once if something is missing , damaged or changed with wrong product then mail us on – support@ozoneplus.in
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNED ITEMS / PRODUCTS
If you ordered a product during a sale and return after the sale , then only amount you paid during sale will be provieded as a refund amount .
EXCHANGES ITEMS :
You have 14 days from the time you receive the order to place a exchange request , if the request is approved then we will take 6-7days to initiate the exchange .
Produt must be in its original condition like : tags , attachments , original packaging etc .
